The location of the hotel is superb, as it is situated almost in the center of the city. Guests can easily walk to all the fantastic nearby restaurants and visit all the great sites in Palermo. the hotel offers a variety of room options, each with its unique theme and decor.
There have been some complaints about the air conditioning not functioning properly in some of the rooms.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was close enough to walk to all the attractions in the historic area, yet it was still quiet and peaceful. The hotel was also adjacent to a palace, adding to the charm of the area. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing us with great recommendations on where to go and what to do in the city. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the whole hotel was super tidy. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the hotel facilities, particularly the lounge area, were perfect for relaxing with a book or a drink.

We recently visited a luxurious hotel with exceptional amenities. Our suite had a private balcony and great views of the city. the staff was very friendly and attentive. the continental breakfast was delicious and had a vast selection. the bar area was also well stocked for a relaxing evening.

The rooms at this charming hotel were spacious, elegant, and comfortable. The location couldn't have been better, with plenty of restaurants, markets, and attractions within walking distance. The staff were helpful and attentive, providing us with maps and recommendations to make the most of our visit. The room was super clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. And to top it all off, the breakfast each morning was a good start to the day.

We were kinda surprised by the charming rooms at Bb 22. Our room had a small romantic balcony with an interesting view. The decor was beautiful and the bathroom was clean. The breakfasts were fresh and delicious. The staff was helpful and had great recommendations.
